Is it allowed to create more than one account?
We only allow one account to be registered from one IP or device. You can get banned if you create multiple accounts, and all the funds will be frozen.
Is it allowed to use a VPN/proxies/Tor to access the site?
We do not allow the usage of VPNs, proxies, or Tor. You might get banned for doing so.
Is it allowed to use bots and other bypassing tools for exploiting bugs to work on the site?
We strictly advise you to refrain from using such methods for your own goodwill.
My account was banned for multi-account reasons, but I didn't do it. What happened?
To understand the problem, please avoid logging in from public internet networks such as internet cafes and public Wi-Fi.
What should I do if my account is banned?
Accounts are usually banned when we identify fraudulent or cheating activities on the site (using proxies, VPNs, bots, ad blockers, etc.). Bans are usually permanent; however, if you think we made a mistake, you can always contact us.
Are my funds secured on the website?
Your funds are completely secured as we keep 70% of the funds in secured hardware wallets.
Can I use ad blockers, pop blockers, or any script blockers?
It is strictly prohibited to use any such blockers. Any user found doing so will be instantly banned, and all their funds will be locked.
How much time does it take for withdrawals to be processed?
Most small withdrawals are processed instantly, whereas big withdrawals are processed within 48 hours of the request. In some exceptions, it might take longer.
I forgot my password and cannot log in, what should I do?
Please use the "Forgot Password" option and check your email for further instructions. Please check the spam/junk folder too if you cannot find the email in your normal inbox. If you still have issues, contact us.
